Rep Omar Condemns Iran Sanctions Claiming They Are Economic Warfare.
Iran just fired over a dozen missiles at U.S. Forces in Iraq, they were supposedly trying to kill American soldiers or at least trying to make it appear like they were attempting to. Lucky for Iran no Americans or Iraqis were hurt during the attack. So Trump graciously de-escalated the situation, instead of responding in kind, he went with bloodless Sanctions instead. But House Rep Ilhan Omar is condemning the Sanctions, she feels that this is just another form of warfare, not a de-escalation.
"Since he got into office, the President of the United States has been goading Iran into war. First, he canceled our best shot at avoiding armed conflict, the Iran Nuclear Deal. Then he announced crippling sanctions to starve the innocent people of Iran."

Omar also claimed that these sanctions were a form of economic warfare.
"This makes no sense. Sanctions are economic warfare.
They have already caused medical shortages and countless deaths in Iran.
You cannot claim to want de-escalation and then announce new sanctions with no clear goal. This is not a measured response!"
This seems incredibly fair we could have fired a dozen-plus missiles at Iran in retaliation. Sanctions in comparison is merciful.
I guess you just have to keep in mind that she is the House Dem that marginalized the lives lost on 9/11 by saying "some people did something" and then she complained about a temporary loss of rights as if it were not warranted. So She doesn't seem to really care about America's welfare.
