Planned Parenthood is apparently doing really well as it has accumulated millions of dollars by extinguishing life and providing women with healthcare. The Pro-Abortion Giant is doing everything in their power to take out Trump and GOP members. They are upset that States are starting to care about the welfare of the unborn. So they are throwing money at Dem’s that share their Pro-Choice view.
“Abortion provider (and corporate welfare recipient) Planned Parenthood is committing $45 million to helping Democrats get elected in 2020, the group announced Friday, and launching a massive new effort called “We Decide 2020” to help fans of “reproductive choice” win or keep elected office.
“Our country is at a crossroads, but now it’s time for us to reclaim our power. In 2020, we’re fighting back and electing reproductive champions up and down the ballot — because our futures depend on it,” said Jenny Lawson, executive director for Planned Parenthood Votes.”
“The “stakes have never been higher,” Planned Parenthood’s website whines. “More than three-fourths of voters say abortion should remain safe and legal. There is no state in which banning abortion is popular. But anti-abortion politicians continue to try to undermine our rights and our access to reproductive health care, putting the ability of many people to obtain birth control, safe and legal abortion, and accurate sexual education in question — yet again.”
“We decide who our leaders are. We decide our future,” the website for “We Decide 2020” says. “At the ballot box this year, we — not out-of-touch politicians — decide what we do with our own bodies.”
“Senator Ted Cruz had one of the best responses to the news, suggesting, on Twitter, that perhaps the announcement meant the abortion provider could forgo even more of its Federal funding.”
“If they’ve got $45m laying around, why exactly do they need taxpayer dollars?”
“Catherine Glenn Foster, the president and CEO of Americans United for Life, told Fox News she hoped Planned Parenthood would fail. Her organization fights for state-level restrictions that would regulate activities by clinics like Planned Parenthood.
“Planned Parenthood is America’s deadliest nonprofit,” she said. “We can only hope that the $45 million that Planned Parenthood is pumping into this election cycle will produce the same results that their political engagement did four years ago, and return the most pro-life administration in American history to office alongside a pro-life Congress.”
“According to its annual report, it performed a record number of abortions and received a record amount of taxpayer funding. Released at the beginning of January, the annual report shows the group received $617 million in taxpayer funds for the fiscal year ending in June. That number represented roughly 37 percent of its overall funding and about a 9 percent increase from the previous year.”
It seems like they are doing just fine and don’t need any taxpayer money to continue operating.
No big surprise to Planned Parenthood will spend millions of dollars to get Democrats elected into stop President Trump from being reelected. They’ve never answered the question however weather tax payer money that’s going to Planned Parenthood is being used by Planned Parenthood for Democrats reelections.
If they have $45 Million of OUR Tax Dollars to give political causes then they are receiving TOO Much Money….. Time to cut them OFF from Government resources…
I say stop using our taxes for this outfit, they are a liberal organization and they don’t need taxpayer dollars. Let their supporters donate to keep them afloat!
