Actor Robert DeNiro has repeatedly gone after Trump defending his leftist perspective. But it appears his leftist stance is coming back to bite him. DeNiro is being countersued for 12 million dollars as his former employee Graham Chase Robinson claims she resigned due to being treated like his “office wife” in a hostile environment. Robinson has also threatened to write a tell-all book about her alleged toxic experience.
“According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the famed actor claims Graham Chase Robinson emailed him in August of 2019 threatening to disclose personal information about him to the public. In a separate email, she threatened to write a book to reveal his secrets. The court documents did not elaborate as to what specifically Robinson planned to expose about “The Irishman” star’s life.
The outlet noted that the timing of the email is important because that just days later De Niro sued her for $6 million, alleging she misused the company credit card and spent her time at work binge-watching “Friends,” a claim she has since denied.
Robinson eventually countersued the 76-year-old actor in October alleging gender discrimination. She claims the Oscar winner routinely subjected her to “vulgar, inappropriate, and gendered comments,” in addition to overworking and underpaying her while she worked for him at his company, Canal Productions, Inc.”
“The lawsuit filed by Canal Productions, Robinson, who worked with the company from 2008 until April 2019, was paid a salary of more than $175,000 in 2017, more than $225,000 in 2018 and $300,000 in 2019. During her tenure, she rose through the ranks from executive assistant to director of productions and vice president of production and finance.”
“It was a routine occurrence for Mr. De Niro, when intoxicated, to call Ms. Robinson — to call her names, to berate her, to curse at her,” Robinson’s attorney, Alexandra Harwin, told FOX Business soon after the suit was filed.

Robinson is seeking $12 million in damages, double what De Niro is seeking.
De Niro’s attorney, Tom Harvey, dismissed the claims. “The allegations made by Graham Chase Robinson against Robert De Niro are beyond absurd,” Harvey said in a statement on Friday.”
Looks like DeNiro is being sued frivolously here, maybe if he treated people better in general, he wouldn’t be in this position. But as we have all seen with his jabs at Trump, he doesn’t seem to understand how to be civil with someone he disagrees with.

DeNiro is getting some of his own treatment and now does not like it. Evidently, he was a bitter person who mistreated him employees, especially when he gets drunk. Hope this lady gets every penny of the $12 million and maybe the judge will double the compensation to teach DeNiro that he can not mistreat people.
De Niro is still the same mealy mouth shyster he was in his young days. And still not very smart according to my Hollywood friend.
I really truly hope she has all the proof needed to win this case….
