The Dems were up in arms when they heard Mitch McConnell admit that he was not going to be unbiased when it comes to the Trump impeachment. The MSM ran with it and the Dems acted shocked as if they had not been bashing Trump non-stop now since practically the beginning of his presidency. But in this digital age, people tend to forget that the past can come back to bite them. Schumer is the best example of this, as it turns out he voiced a very similar opinion to McConnell’s back when Clinton was being impeached.
During an interview with Larry King Schumer said the following:
“Schumer told the world in an op-ed in February 1999 announcing his official decision to acquit Clinton that he had made up his mind back in September. “I will be voting to acquit the President on both counts,” he said. “I had to make my decision in September as a member of the Judiciary Committee in the House, and while I was in the middle of the campaign.”

“Asked for comment about the clashing statements, a spokesman for Schumer told CNN that this situation is different somehow because of the investigation into Clinton by independent counsel Kenneth Starr.
“These quotes all came after the Starr investigation, which included testimony from key witnesses including President Clinton, had concluded and been made public for months and as Sen. Schumer was in the anomalous position of having already voted on impeachment in both the House Judiciary Committee and on the House floor,” said the spokesman. “As is reflected in these quotes, Schumer believed then and still believes now that all of the facts must be allowed to come out and then a decision can be made — in stark contrast to the Republicans today in both the House and Senate who have worked to prevent all the facts and evidence from coming out.”
So it appears Schumer is saying that it is only ok to have a bias in a case where there is a Democrat up for impeachment. Seems like Schumer just lost any ability to comment on the matter. But then again all of the House Dems have long lost the ability to claim that they are unbiased but they still thought McConnell should recuse himself, so it seems to be a party full of hypocrites.
Where is Schumer criticism and out rage about HAL Pelosi in the House or on a total witchhunt to remove President Trump A duly elected president of these United States by the American people who support and voted for him. Everyone in the US, along with the rest of the world, can see right through Pelosi and the rest of her gang of socialist/communist Democrats and their Partisan witchhunt against President Trump. Clearly Schumer is supporting Pelosi and the socialist/communist Democrats as they Continue to betray this nation and the American people, our constitution, our laws, our freedoms and all that we stand for.
