Liberals can’t stand that Trump is about to pick another Supreme Court Justice. They are under the belief that Biden is going to beat Trump when he needs a teleprompter just to have a casual interview. So they are lashing out over Trump picking Ginsberg’s replacement. Late Night Host Stephen Colbert is no exception as he attacked Republicans for moving forward in the process to replace Ginsberg. He felt that Trump and Republicans should hold off and of course let the next president choose. But he was far less kind in how he said it.
“But Americans didn’t get any time to mourn this great justice, because less than two hours after we learned of Ginsburg’s death, we heard from Senate Majority Leader, and neutered dog sack, Mitch McConnell. Apparently, since 2016, McConnell has had a change of heart, or whatever squirming bag of scorpions occupies that dark cavity.”
“Of course, ultimately, Republican senators have no honor, so they don’t care if we call them hypocrites. It’s like the fifth victim saying to Jack the Ripper “Hey, you keep stabbing me in the chest, you’re really going to start to seem like a murderer. I mean, in the public’s eyes. I understand all the pressure that must be on you to keep stabbing me.”

Is this what comedians are passing off as comedy these days? Colbert here is just blatantly attacking McConnell just for doing his job. Dems/Libs just can’t stand that they were outmaneuvered back in 2016 and missed the chance to add a Justice. Now Republicans are once again beating them at politics and Dems are being poor losers. If the shoe were on the other foot, Dems would be all over replacing a Justice, and Liberals like Colbert would be defending the decision.
