Chicago Mayor Exposed: Recording Reveals Just How Dangerous It Is For Residents

Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot has asked all lawful gun owners to rely solely on the police. She feels that gun owners should not take matters into their own hands and defend themselves. She wants Chicago citizen to wait on police that are busy with the rallies. Might as well make sure your last will and testament is filled out of you are going to listen to that advice. But it turns out she doesn't feel all that positive about her city either as a recent recording reveals she feels "the rioters are f***ing lawless right now."

"According to a tape obtained by WTTW News of an online conference call among the city’s 50 aldermen and the mayor, one alderman could be heard weeping while others angrily decried what was going on in the city.

"My ward is a s--t show,” one alderman says. “They are shooting at the police.”

One alderman asked how seniors and vulnerable populations were supposed to get medicine and food if “every CVS, every Walgreens is shutting down.”

“How do businesses recover and why would they want to recover in our community?” another is heard asking.

Lightfoot herself recognized what she described as a “massive, massive problem.” Earlier she described rioters as just f-----g lawless right now.”

“I don’t know about you, but I haven’t seen s--t like this before, not in Chicago,” Lightfoot said."

So a state of lawlessness where they are shooting at the police is when gun owners should be patiently waiting on the police to arrive? It seems like Lightfoot here is clearly trying to downplay the seriousness of the riots and she likely is going to get someone hurt. It's too bad the citizens of Chicago don't seem to have themselves leaders in law enforcement like Polk County Florida does where a sheriff recommended residents arm themselves and propel any home invader out with bullets.
