Teacher Threatens Student For Backing Trump

Teachers are used to having complete control of their learning environment. But virtual learning is a new thing that teachers are not sure how to handle. So Liberals are getting distressed when they see that some of their students are Trump supporters or would dare own a toy gun. They are forgetting that it is not their classroom that they are all in, but their own individual homes. A North California student found out quickly just where his teacher stood on politics after she saw his Trump Flag in the background and then threatened to kick him out of class if he didn’t move the camera or flag in 15 seconds. And she actually started to count.

Tiffany says her son’s high school chemistry teacher did not approve of the political statement and asked him in the middle of class to get rid of it.

“You can sit up, remove the flag, or reposition your camera within the next 15 seconds or I’m kicking you out of class,” the teacher said during their virtual class.

Tiffany says the teacher then began to count and did not make it to 10 before Tiffany’s son waved goodbye and exited the virtual classroom.”

The Colusa County Code of Conduct includes a dress code ban for clothing with “vulgar, obscene, or profane” messages, or messages which “degrade any race or other group of individuals” — but nowhere in the document does it mention anything about politics or campaigns.

State Education Code 48907 states: “[Students] of the public schools, including charter schools, shall have the right to exercise freedom of speech and of the press including, but not limited to, the use of bulletin boards, the distribution of printed materials or petitions, the wearing of buttons, badges, and other insignia, and the right of expression in official publications.”

The teacher did apologize for her actions but the student is still unclear as to where the school stands on political posters during virtual learning.

It’s ridiculous that the school would not clarify when the mother asked. They should be far more clear if teachers are suddenly going to get upset about political things. And what about Christmas and holidays. Are the students going to have to hide their faith now too in their own homes? Teachers need to realize that these are the homes of students not their normal classroom.
