H.S. Teacher Tells Students Pence Should Be Killed.
Liberal professors often become unhinged when talking bout the current administration. They don't seem to understand that wishing our president unwell hurts our country. We should all be supportive of our president regardless of political affiliations as Trump leads our country and we want him to do his best to serve America. But some libs don't understand this and will make remarks that are way beyond acceptable, especially when they are peers in their community. A North Carolinian teacher at Cuthbertson High School, apparently couldn't contain her hate, she made a nasty statement when she heard that Vice President Pence was visiting her state. She told her students he should be "shot in the head." I don't know why she thinks that is ok...
"This is the Vice President of the United States. He's an elected official,” said Firas Obeid.
Obeid, a parent of two Cuthbertson students says, while he's not necessarily a Pence supporter, it's ridiculous to speak of shooting the VP.
"Affiliation to a specific party does not entitle us to make statement like that to anyone,” said Obeid.
Especially when the statements were allegedly made to students.
"You should not be bringing in those type of viewpoints to your job," Union County GOP Chair Allison Powers said."
"School board chair Melissa Merrell did not return FOX 46's request for comment. District 3 representative Gary Sides, however, posted on Facebook saying, "I can assure you it will be taken seriously."
I agree with Powers. It is okay to dislike someone, including someone in a position of authority. I loathed the fact that Barack Obama was our president for eight long years. However, I never uttered any kind of nonsense in wishing for his death. Even if the teacher truly has enough hate in her heart to wish death upon Pence, she should NOT be saying so in front of a classroom full of impressionable minds."
The Secret Service was informed of the threatening comment but so far has not taken any action. She should be ashamed of herself. We trust our teacher to educate our children not indoctrinate them with their hate.
