VA Gov Candidate Wants Americans To Pay For His Forced Diversity Plan
The gubernatorial race in Virginia is heating up. Democrat Terry McAuliffe is falling behind GOP Candidate Glenn Youngkin. So McAuliffe is pulling out the big Liberal guns and is now trying to force diversity in education and give people of color an unfair advantage at becoming teachers, and of course, taxpayers will be picking up the bill, if he wins.
During a campaign in Manassas, Virginia, McAuliffe said the following:
"We rank 50th out of 50 states on average teacher pay, as compared to average pay. We are, we are the tenth wealthiest state in America. We should never be 50th out of 50 states. So, I promise all of you and I have a lot of cameras here, I am going to raise teachers' pay above the national average for the first time in Virginia history. We are going to get all 41k at-risk three and four-year-olds, we are going to give them a pre-k education here in the Commonwealth of Virginia. And I promise all of you within two years every family, every child will have broadband access here in Virginia. And we got to work hard to diversify our teacher base.
"Fifty percent of our students are students of color, 80% of the teachers are White, so what I’m going to do for you, we’ll be the first state in America. If you go teach in Virginia for five years in a high-demand area — that could be geographic, it could be course work — we will pay room, board, tuition, any college, any university, or any HBCU here in Virginia. The first state in America to do that."

This sounds like discrimination. White people are taking on student loans and putting in the effort to become teachers. But if McAuliffe wins minorities are going to get a full-ride just because Liberals want more diversity. Tell me how this is fair?
