They Said She Was Selling Sex Toys At School, And Then The Truth Came Out….

As Frances Halbeck, a student at Trinity Lutheran was enjoying a basketball game; the school principal pulled her out of the pitch and admonished her as her classmates watched. She was confused, especially after getting accused of selling sex toys to other students.

However, things got even worse when she was told she had been suspended for three days as a result. The truth is that the campus got it all wrong: the girl is not into the business of selling sex toys.

In fact, 12-year-old Halbeck from Wisconsin was selling “water snake wigglies.” She arrived at school seeking to sell the famous water snake wigglies kid’s toys for a dollar each to help raise money for autism and her teacher initially allowed her to do so. She would do it in between classes. The entrepreneurial girl seized the opportunity and began selling her stuff.

“It just calms you when you touch it. You squeeze it, it’s cold, and it’s hard to hold sometimes,” Halbeck told TMJ4, claiming that she had read online that they benefit autistic children and provide a soothing effect that can help ease stress.

However, the Wisconsin schoolgirl soon discovered that a few people did not see her products as she did. She faced a three-day suspension based on the ridiculous accusation that she was selling adult toys.

Halbeck said that the school principal pulled her out of a basketball game to yell at her about selling sex toys.

“It was really, really loud and a lot of people could hear it. People were staring at me, she said. “I started crying.”

After explaining this to her family, her father Milt was outraged by this decision and immediately went to see the school about it.

“In your wildest imaginations, no adult could possibly view this as a sex toy. This is a water filled bag,” Milt Halbeck, who is obviously very upset said.

Milt Halbeck, Frances’ father, was understandably outraged upon learning of his daughter’s suspension and he is now fighting tirelessly to clear her name.

However, the principal Pamela Ampling refused to change the decision and the school board is siding with her too, even though this has now turned into international news. Milt is saying that he isn’t going to let it rest until his daughter’s name is cleared.

“It’s nuts, because [the principal] is an adult. She should know better. She should know that this has nothing to do with sex,” her father said.

According to David Gehne, a pastor at Trinity Lutheran, they won’t even discuss the issue:

“We wouldn’t discuss the details of any situation regarding one of our children, they’re all minors.”

In fairness, the water snake wigglies are a bit weird and disturbing when you look back on them knowing what we know now, but in reality, when you’re 12 they’re just something you can play with and throw in your mate’s face. This whole story is a complete and utter joke to be honest.

“The spirituality of that place is busted. Something’s got to change there, and we’re powerless to do it,” Milt Habeck said.

Frances Halbeck will pay for this misunderstanding, especially if the school does not remove the suspension from her record. Hopefully, her father will be successful in clearing her name.

In all fairness, this incident should not spoil the girl’s name. The 12-year-old, in addition to dealing with this ordeal, had to learn about a topic no girl her age should know about:

“I just learned something I shouldn’t have.”

All this was caused by the principal’s obvious ignorance.
