The REAL Reason Facebook Has Been Cutting Ties With Conservatives
Facebook is not friendly when it comes to conservative content. They are constantly trying to censor conservatives, despite their claims that they are not biased. They even went as far as to delete one of the president's posts. But this is nothing compared to the purge they did right after Kavanaugh was appointed back in 2018, where they deleted 800 conservative pages. They ousted these pages claiming that this was due to Russian interference or some nonsense about the content being factual. But the real reason is easily found if you look at who is on Facebook's board and how 18 of them have ties to none other than George Soros.
"The vast majority of Facebook’s “independent oversight board” established with authority to allow or remove content from the platform have ties to liberal billionaire George Soros or groups he supports, according to a new report.
An investigation by Sharyl Attkisson of RealClearPolitics showed that 18 out of the 20 members of the Facebook oversight board “collaborated with or are tied to groups” that have received funding from Soros’s Open Society Foundations."
“The board members come from different professional, cultural and religious backgrounds and have various political viewpoints,” Board Members wrote. “Some of us have been publicly critical of Facebook; some of us haven’t."
Soros has been actively funding far-left causes across the country through his organizations in recent years, including injecting money into city attorneys' offices in Philadelphia and St. Louis.
Last month, Soros pumped $220 million into various organizations aimed at supporting the messaging of the Black Lives Matter movement, which its leaders self-proclaim is tied to Marxism.
This makes far more sense that the claims about Russian interference. Facebook put together this board to oversee the content they have on their platform and 18 of the 20 have ties to far lefty Soros. So, of course, they helped to purge the Facebook of conservative content. They know where their bread is buttered.
