Progressive Rep Uses Ridiculous Term To Describe Women

Gender Identity Politics are ridiculous. There are all sorts of new pronouns because apparently biological genders are just too mainstream. On top of that, progressives have these odd notions where they say women are no longer the only gender that can give birth. Congresswoman Corey Bush supported this assessment and is now referring to mothers as birthing people…

Congresswoman Corey Bush tweeted the following doubling down on her birthing people terminology.

“Every day, Black birthing people and our babies die because our doctors don’t believe our pain. My children almost became a statistic. I almost became a statistic. I testified about my experience @OversightDems today. Hear us. Believe us. Because for so long, nobody has.”

But she was not alone in her “birthing people” terminology The National Association for the Repeal of Abortion Laws: Pro-Choice America,(NARAL) Backed her up.
“When we talk about birthing people, we’re being inclusive. It’s that simple. We use gender-neutral language when talking about pregnancy, because it’s not just cis-gender women that can get pregnant and give birth. Reproductive freedom is for *every* body.”
Some spoke out against this attack on women. Actress Rose McGowen asked why do they keep on treading on women to prop up trans.
“Birthing People? I’m empathetic to your painful & unfairly traumatic experience @CoriBush but why are you smearing bio-women to virtue signal to trans women? Why can’t we rise together? Your language is creepy. You are gaslighting. What you are doing is dangerous. #DemCult

Republican South Carolina Congresswoman Nancy Mace also tweeted opposing the new term:

“Birthing people” – you mean women or moms? The left is so woke they’re stripping from women the one thing that only we can do. Leave it to libs to botch highlighting an important issue ppl in both parties can agree on by catering to the fringes…”

Bush, upset about the criticism, called the GOP and people who questioned her use of “birthing people,” racists and transphobic, completely missing the point.
“I testified in front of Congress about nearly losing both of my children during childbirth because doctors didn’t believe my pain. Republicans got more upset about me using gender-inclusive language in my testimony than my babies nearly dying. Racism and transphobia in America.”
Is it transphobic now to understand biology? Women are the only ones that can give birth when it comes to humans, regardless of what they identify as. This is just another example of the woke people trouncing all over women. Most women are happy to be called mom, but since a small group is off their rockers, a congresswoman is catering to this fringe group, alienating the majority of her constituents.
