Kanye West Defends Trump Supporters, Says Voting Based on Color is “Mental Slavery”

Kanye West has stepped up to the plate once more to defend not only his support of President Trump, but for all those who support the President, but especially black people.

He even stated that it’s “mental slavery” for someone to make decisions or vote based on skin color, and I completely agree. But that’s what the U.S. government – the Democrats anyway – have been working so hard at for decades.

They depend on keeping the lower class as lower class, keeping middle class in a state of dependency, but most importantly oppressing blacks in America.

The system is set up against them in today’s society. Our government encourages children born out of wedlock in the lower class. They aren’t making efforts to build up the black community so they have to continually rely on the Nanny State to help them out.

To continue, Kanye reminded his listeners, “That’s the Republican Party that freed the slaves,” pointing to the fact that former President Abraham Lincoln, who was a Republican, was in office when slavery in the United States ended.

He continued by saying people criticize him because he “chose my right,” referring to his right to his own opinion through due diligence and actually understanding what Donald Trump stands for.

“And we got the right, right? We got a right to our opinions, right?” he asked. “You black, so you can’t like Trump? I ain’t never made a decision only based on my color. That’s a form of slavery, mental slavery.”

West previously spoke about this idea of “mental slavery” during a TMZ interview last year.

“When you hear about slavery for 400 years … for 400 years? That sounds like a choice,” he said. “Like, you was there for 400 years and it’s all of y’all? It’s like we’re mentally in prison. I like the word ‘prison’ because slavery goes too direct to the idea of blacks. It’s like slavery, Holocaust. Holocaust, Jews. Slavery is blacks. So, prison is something that unites us as one race. Blacks and whites being one race. We’re the human race.”
