GOP Governors Join Forces And Demand An End To...
This is great. We need governors to come together like this more often. Republican Governors have come together and are demanding Biden do his job and fix the border crisis he created. It's pretty clear that VP Harris is not going to fix it.
"Arizona Governor Doug Ducey and Texas Governor Greg Abbott are leading a coalition of 26 Republican Governors who are demanding an end to the migrant crisis at the US southern border. All but one GOP governor signed a joint letter to the White House — Vermont Governor Phil Scott.
"The GOP-signed letter Monday condemned the "national security crisis created by eight months of unenforced borders," reported Daily Wire.
"The months-long surge in illegal crossings has instigated an international humanitarian crisis, spurred a spike in international criminal activity, and opened the floodgates to human traffickers and drug smugglers endangering public health and safety in our states," the governors wrote. "A crisis that began at our southern border now extends beyond every state and requires immediate action before the situation worsens. "The negative impacts of an unenforced border policy on the American people can no longer be ignored."
"While Texans face the brunt of these negative impacts, it is common knowledge that border-related drugs, weapons, and crimes impact local jurisdictions across the United States," wrote Abbott.
"The Biden administration has attempted to stem the tide of illegal migrants through public warnings that the border is closed."
Press Sec Psaki said the same thing before. She claimed they were buying ad slots in other countries in hopes of deterring people from migrating this way. And as we can see it has not slowed the flow. But you know what would, if we went back to the Trump policies that worked. The real problem here is that the border crisis is intentional. Dems clearly were just looking to load up our country with illegals before they force through an amnesty bill. Clearly, the welfare of Americans only matters when Dems are campaigning.
