Ex CNN Host Reveals How The Liberal Networks Really Feels About Minorities
CNN likes to claim they are all about diversity. I mean they have Don Lemon and bring on people of color as commentators all the time. But former CNN Host Soledad O'Brien explained that during her time at CNN they were not as accepting as they like to make themselves out to be.
"Reacting to the controversy that has rocked ABC News over the weekend, O'Brien reflected on her time at CNN and indicated that a network executive discouraged her to sit down with black radio host Roland Martin.
"This is an interesting read. Reminds me of the CNN exec who told me: 'Roland Martin isn’t the ‘right kind of’ Black person.' She didn’t want me to book him on my show. L," O'Brien tweeted.
The tweet included an "L" at the end, though it is unclear if that was alluding to the unnamed CNN executive or a typo.
She added that, according to the network executive, New York Times columnist Charles M. Blow, who was a frequent guest of hers, was the "right kind of black."
ABC it turns out was also doing something similar as they had Executive Barbara Fedida who would make all sorts of off-color remarks.
"Roberts, a Black woman who has co-anchored “Good Morning America” since 2005, wanted more money as part of a contract renewal, and Fedida felt that Roberts had gotten enough. Fedida then asked what more Roberts could want and said it wasn’t as if the network was asking Roberts to “pick cotton,” according to one source who was in the room and witnessed the exchange."
Fedida moved to NBC and is on leave as they look into the allegations. But still, this is at least three MSM networks that have shown they are by no means about full-on diversity like they claim and yet the MSM likes to make conservatives look like they are white supremacists...
