Our freedom of speech is under attack. Trump has been banned both on Facebook and Twitter now all due to the MSM anti-Trump narrative. This is just the beginning, Twitter also purged over 700 accounts claiming they were spreading misinformation or part of QAnon. Twitter considers talking about election fraud to be misinformation so there is no telling how many conservatives also lost their accounts as they purged QAnon. But it appears this is not enough for Liberals. Some want to take away any form of conservative news by going after cable providers like AT&T and Comcast.
Biden Donor and former chief security officer at Facebook, Alex Stamos, just made an argument for censoring conservatives on a grand scale and CNN’s Brian Stelter just thanked him for it.
“People are able to seek out information that makes them feel good. That is what happens- Ya know people have so much choice now. They can choose what their news sources are. They can choose what influencers they want to follow. They can try to seal out anything that makes them question that,” Stamos claimed.
“How do you bring people back those people back into the mainstream of fact-based reporting and get us all back into the same consensual reality?” Stamos later asked.
Stelter then asked him if you can bring people back into the mainstream. Stamos’s solution was to silence right-wing media.
“We have to turn down the capability of these Conservative influencers to reach these huge audiences… There are people on YouTube for example that have a larger audience than daytime CNN. and they are extremely radical…”
“We are going to have to figure out the OAN and Newsmax problem. These companies have freedom of speech, but I’m not sure we need Verizon, AT&T, Comcast and such bringing them into tens of millions of homes,” Alex Stamos claimed.

This is called Freedom of Speech and it’s no wonder that Stamos would be against it after working at Facebook. Facebook has been steadily purging conservatives. Stamos here claims OAN and Newsmax are radical when they are a few of the last refuges for actual conservative news. Even Fox News is trying to move more towards the center.
Stamos talks about how he wants to bring people back to the mainstream and claims it is the only fact-based reporting, that is a laugh in itself. Trump has called out CNN and MSNBC for their biased fake news. The MSM has proven time and time again that they are not reporting the fact-based news but instead a warped Liberal narrative. But since Stelter and Stamos subscribe to it they can’t understand that. This is a concerning interview as they trying to spread the message to censor conservatives and giving liberals the justification for doing so.
