California Couple Charged With Hate Crime After Painting Over Dem Approved Graffiti
There are historical statues being torn down across the country of our forefathers and other important American historical figures. Liberals and the MSM seem to think that tearing down our history is not a problem. In fact, they are pandering so hard to protesters that they have decided to allow their streets to painted with giant supportive "BLM" letters. But when some citizens protested this and defaced this sign they didn't get a slap on the wrist, instead they are being charged with a hate crime...
"The Contra Costa District Attorney’s Office has charged a pair of residents with misdemeanor vandalism charges, including a hate crime, for involvement in Saturday’s defacement of a city-sanctioned ‘Black lives matter’ mural outside a courthouse, authorities said.
The mural, approved on a temporary basis July 1 by city officials, had just been completed outside the Wakefield Taylor courthouse in the 700 block of Court Street when two people, identified Tuesday as David Nelson, 53, and Nicole Anderson, 42, arrived with their own supplies and began to paint over the “B” and “L” with black paint using a large roller.
The pair’s confrontation, captured on video, spread widely across social media..."
"Nelson and Anderson were each charged with vandalism under $400, possession of tools to commit vandalism under $400 and violation of civil rights, and could face up to a year in county jail if convicted."

It's interesting how that works. BLM and libs are all about defunding the police and destroying American Historical statues. But when people come at their mural it's time to call the police to arrest these defilers. They even went as far as to claim that it was a hate crime to mess up the mural. So is it a hate crime to tear down Americans History? Or does this only work one way?
