BLM Leadership Openly Speaks Against Law Enforcement - In The Worst Way Possible!
[Washington, D.C.] Here is where I have to debate the limitations of free speech. One protester's decried Saturday that he was ready to put the police "in the f*cking grave". This is a gray area in some ways but threats, speeches that incite imminent lawless action, as well as speeches that include obscenities are restricted because the First Amendment offers little to no protection in this realm of violent rhetoric.
Categories of speech that are given lesser or no protection by the First Amendment (and therefore may be restricted) include obscenity, fraud, child pornography, speech integral to illegal conduct, speech that incites imminent lawless action, speech that violates intellectual property law, true threats
Some unnamed speakers stood on a platform of some soft and told listeners that they too needed to be prepared to follow through with whatever violent act needed to get their point across. The speaker also said he wanted to take this fight to the Senate and House adding that he was ready to burn down the White House.
“I’m at the point where I’m ready to put these police in the f**king grave,” he shouted from Black Lives Matter plaza, adding, “I’m at the point where I want to burn the f**king White House down.”
“I want to take it to the senators. I want to take it to the Congress. I want to take the fight to them,” he continued, to scattered applause and cheers. “And at the end of the day, if they ain’t gonna hear us, we burn them the f**k down.”
“I’m one that talk real sh*t,” he went on, saying that he had traveled from New York to D.C. to make his message heard. “The same way I f**k police up in New York, I f**k cops up here in D.C. The same way I bust police in the head in New York, I bust police in the head in D.C.”
“Don’t get on the f**king front line if you’re not going to f**king fight,” he concluded. “Don’t get on this front line if you ain’t gonna take a hit.”

Thus far, reports of an arrest or even an inquiry into a potential arrest are non-exsistant. Correct me if I'm wrong but I hear nothing but hate-speech here and I don't believe it should be covered by the Constitution.
