Biden Makes Threat To Force Americans To Vaccinate

This pandemic is practically over. Vaccines are now available to just about every American and soon we will all be immune from this virus for at least 6 months… But Biden is upset that there are some Americans that are hesitant to get vaccinated since it is still very much new, and the long-term side effects are unknown. So Biden is now threatening to cancel the Fourth of July celebrations if the number of cases don’t drop.

Back on March 11, I outlined a vision of what America could look like by the Fourth of July — an America that was much closer to normal life that we left behind more than a year ago,” Biden said.

He warned: “To celebrate our independence from this virus on July 4th with family and friends in small groups, we still have more to do in the months of May and June. We all need to mask up until the number of cases goes down until everyone has a chance to get their shot.”

Former Assistant Secretary of Health Brett Giroir disagrees with Biden’s assessment. He claims we should be able to socialize far sooner.

Way back in November, we talked about every American having vaccines available by June, and that was with the vaccines that we had then available, so this is about the same target that we had,” Giroir told Fox News on Friday. “It was kind of crazy, what was said about July Fourth.”

“If you’re an adult and you’re meeting outside…you can do that now. There’s no reason you can’t have outdoor, small gatherings and have a barbecue outside. By July, we should be almost back to normal with herd immunity, with everybody getting vaccines,” he said. “I don’t know what reality he’s talking about.”

“It seemed very disconnected from the reality and where we are and what the science says,” he added. “Science says small gatherings outdoors is fine.”

It seems we are past the no socializing in our backyards already. People know to wear masks in public. We should all know at this point who is safe to spend time with and who is possibly contagious. Biden shouldn’t be stopping families from getting together. People need to congregate with friends and loved ones it is a matter of good mental health. But people shouldn’t fear this vaccine, the severe side effects are affecting very few people, only 1.3 people in a million. You have a better chance of getting struck by lightning.
