Celebrities Upset Trump Beat Another Bogus Impeachment Attempt

Trump has defeated Dems again in their attempt to frivolously impeach him. Dems once again did not heed the advice of Legal Expert Jonathan Turley, who told them it was going to fail. But really their goal was not to impeach him, they simply wanted to disqualify him from running in 2024. This whole impeachment attempt was unconstitutional and they knew it. The whole purpose of impeachment is to remove an official from office and Trump has been out of office since the 20th of January… But that’s not stopping Celebrities from getting their panties in a bunch. They have taken to Twitter to attack GOP Senators for allowing Trump to walk.

“It is a sad day in America when only 7 republicans have the patriotism and integrity to convict a tyrant. Since the Senate won’t do its job and convict the traitor Donald Trump, the courts will have to,” #Metoo activist, only when Biden is not involved, Alyssa Milano tweeted.

“43 people decided that the worst violation of the Constitution by a President in our Nation’s history was okay,” “Wolf of Wallstreet” Director Rob Reiner commented.

“The President was guilty of everything he was accused of…which is why I voted to acquit,” former Daily Show Host John Stewart added sarcastically.

“McConnell voted to acquit but all he’s saying now is that Trump is guilty,” “The View” host Joy Behar tweeted, adding her unneeded two cents.

McConnell did say that Trump was guilty of inciting the crowd, but he knew that impeaching a politician out of Office is setting a perilous precedent and unlike Dems, at least he is forward-thinking.

But really, what were Dems expecting? Before the trial in the Senate even started, Senator Rand Paul told the Senate that they would not get enough GOP votes to successfully impeach Trump. The whole thing was political theater and a massive waste of everyone’s time. Dems knew that it would never succeed but put on a show to appease their base.
