Sometimes you wonder who would vote in these horrible liberal leaders that would create situations like CHAZ or allow California streets to be littered with human excrement. But these are those voters. A Minneapolis neighborhood is going out if it’s way not to call the police and has welcomed in a giant homeless camp in the process.
“A progressive Minneapolis neighborhood that pledged not to call the police in the wake of the death of George Floyd is now dealing with a 300-strong homeless encampment in a local park, according to reports.
Traffic has reportedly increased in the neighborhood around Powderhorn Park, as drug dealers seek to meet their clientele displaced during the civil unrest, rioting and looting following Floyd’s death at the end of May. At least one person overdosed inside the park and was brought out by an ambulance. Prostitution has also been reported in the area.
“…Resident, Mitchell Erickson, said he regretted calling 911 when two black teenagers cornered him a block away from his home, held a gun to his chest and demanded his car keys. Erickson said he mistakenly handed over his house keys, and the frustrated teens left him only to steal another car a few blocks away.
“Been thinking more about it,” Erickson said in a text message to a reporter. “I regret calling the police. It was my instinct but I wish it hadn’t been. I put those boys in danger of death by calling the cops.”
“Yeah I know and yeah it was scary but the cops didn’t really have much to add after I called them,” he continued. “I haven’t been forced to think like this before. So I would have lost my car. So what? At least no one would have been killed.”
He was just held at gunpoint and could have died… But somehow he is worried for their welfare. These gun-wielding teens are threatening the lives of others, if they end up dead, that’s on them. They are lucky that this guy doesn’t value his life. This neighborhood is pathetic. They are definitely reaping what they sowed here.

Although CA has its share of major problems/issues (e.g. SF’s homeless), I can’t imagine anyone living here so pathetically brainwashed that they would risk their life on account of a couple of THUGS. I wonder if this guy would sacrifice his family….his wife, daughter, or son to appease these criminals??? AND because of his lack of respect, another innocent person ended up getting their car stolen. Gee guy…thanks for nothing!
Maybe if the thugs that stuck a gun in his chest actually killed their next victim, this clown would lose some of his guilt, but I doubt it. It would just be another black-on-black or white homicide, nothing to report. This guy must drink Kool Aid by the gallon.
And when some one gets killed because of stupid that wont matter ’cause he save two thugs lives over one or two law abiding citizens lives. Now we know why these idiot vote democrat. They all sit on their brains.
