The trans-movement has overstepped when it comes to High School sports. Transwomen are dominating female sports because of their biological genders which gives them an edge over females. This has led some High School girls to sue demanding that their female only team be biologically female. But it seems the girls have run into a sympathetic judge who may have some bias towards the trans-students as he has scolded their attorney for called the trans-students males. So now to remedy the situation their attorney is calling for the judge to recuse himself.
“Attorneys representing three female high school track athletes in their effort to bar biological males from competing against them filed a motion on Saturday calling for the presiding judge to recuse himself after he forbid the attorneys from referring to the transgender athletes at issue as “males.”
The ADF filed suit in February against the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference (CIAC) on behalf of three girls — Selina Soule, Alana Smith, and Chelsea Mitchell. The suit challenges the CIAC policy allowing students to compete in the division that accords with their gender identity on the grounds that it disadvantages women in violation of the Title IX prohibition against discrimination on the “basis of sex.”
During a conference call District Judge Robert Chatigny said the following:
“What I’m saying is you must refer to them as “transgender females” rather than as “males.” Again, that’s the more accurate terminology, and I think that it fully protects your client’s legitimate interests. Referring to these individuals as “transgender females” is consistent with science, common practice and perhaps human decency. To refer to them as “males,” period, is not accurate, certainly not as accurate, and I think it’s needlessly provocative…So going forward, we will not refer to the proposed intervenors as “males”; understood?
Roger Brooks, the lead attorney for ADF explained that gender was an integral part of the case as they were arguing that the team be fully female.
“The entire focus of the case is the fact that the CIAC policy allows individuals who are physiologically, genetically male to compete in girls’ athletics. But if I use the term “females” to describe those individuals — and we’ve said in our opening brief, we’re happy to use their preferred names, because names are not the point to the case. Gender identity is not the point of this case. The point of this case is physiology of bodies driven by chromosomes and the documented athletic advantage that comes from a male body, male hormones, and male puberty in particular….”
But the Judge was not having it and claimed he did not want to bully the attorney but felt it it was human decency to refer to the trans-students as female and even went a step further saying he may need to find another courtroom if he was going to bully the trans-students.
Roger Brooks is now filing a motion claiming the Judge is being impartial and hoping the Judge will recuse himself.
This is B.S. the Judge is clearly biased in this case and should recuse himself. The case is all about gender and the Judge wants the prosecutor to call the students females just because they identify that way. It defeats the whole purpose of the case. Transwomen should not be playing in female sports, it’s just not fair to the biological females who can not hope to compete. I don’t know why this is even up for debate.

If the issue is sexual bias, the whole idea of separate sports for women should be ended. We have to compete for jobs on an equal basis and cannot let gender be an issue. Let’s do the same for sports. Let’s end the separation based on sex in bathrooms too. If you want privacy in the showers and bathrooms, have separate stalls.

The Judge is wrong. A person is born either as a female or male. Transgender is a person unable to accept reality. Gender is not mentally established. It is physically established at birth. If anything, it should be treated the same as other mental disorders.
Just as many or more psychologists and psychiatrists agree that it is a mental problem and not a physical problem just to change sex organs by plastic surgery.
To refer to these individuals as “transgender females”, regardless of whether it is a biased judge or anyone else, is not consistent with science and anyone who is a student of science knows that. If an individual has female genitalia, that individual is a female. If an individual has male genitalia, then that individual is definitely a male. That is physiological science. Just because a biological male identifies as a female doesn’t make it so, regardless of what the LGBTQ community claims. If a person wants to say he/she identifies as the opposite sex, I say, “Go for it!”; but just because one person or group feels that way doesn’t mean that everyone else has to accept it. If the LGBTQ community and all its supporters demand tolerance for their way of life, then they must be prepared to be tolerant of those who may not agree with them. None of us, regardless of our lifestyle choices, political convictions, religious beliefs or whatever, can expect to be accepted by everyone; but infringing on one groups’ rights (i.e. letting biological males compete in biological female sports) in an effort to force tolerance on others isn’t the way to go. It only builds animosity toward those doing the “enforcing.”
