WaPo Writer Jennifer Rubin wrote an article that has to be the wet dream of many libs. Politics has America pretty divided and Libs can’t understand why anyone would disagree with them. They think they are always right and are unwilling to see or accept other perspectives. Just look at our president. Trump was voted in four years ago and to this day many libs refuse to accept that he is their president, despite the simple fact that he is. Rubin is another of these Libs that believes her opinion is the best and she makes that plain with her article that questions the need for Republicans in general.
Rubin claims there is an “unpleasant truth” that all republicans, aside from Romney and other turncoats, are not “fine people.”
“They have sold their souls to Trump and either passively or actively bought into white supremacy and religious authoritarianism (which weirdly has as its most vocal proponent the attorney general). They waged war on the Constitution and objective reality. There is nothing redeeming in any of that — or in the right-wing media machine encompassing the deluded true believers and money-hungry charlatans willing to throw red meat to an audience they suppose consists of uneducated bigots.”

I know this is an opinion article but geez, what B.S. Rubin claims if you follow Trump you must be a racist religious fanatic. She goes on to say that Republicans are waging war on our constitution. She then stroke her own party calling them defenders of the constitution, responsible, decent, and respectful.
I think the best part here is she claims her party is reality-based…If that were so she would understand that we should all be supportive of our president and try our best to encourage his goal of MAGA. What’s wrong with that? Defenders of the constitution… now that is laughable. Dems are constantly trying to put through gun control and if given the chance they would abolish our second amendment. That’s not all. Dems claims they are for freedom of speech but look at social media and schools. Social media is constantly attacking conservatives and taking down right-wing pages. Schools are not any better. Often times schools will refuse any conservative from giving a speech on campus, preventing students from seeing an alternate view. The racist bit is just slander and Rubin clearly could use a little faith in general.
Rubin claims she all about inclusion and then wants to leave half of America without a voice… Typical Liberal compassion here.
