Teacher Has An 8-Year-Old Taken Away In Cuffs

Teachers have it tough they have to deal with many troubled children, but that’s kind of what they are signing on for when they enter the field. There are always going to be bad apples, but that’s the parent’s and teacher’s job to guide them onto a better path. But this case isn’t about a rebellious child it’s about a child with special needs that clearly didn’t understand right from wrong. But instead of the guiding hand of an understanding teacher, the child found himself in cuffs and almost had a criminal record. All over a tantrum…

The teacher, who also remains unnamed at the time of this reporting, reportedly phoned authorities on the boy though she purportedly did not sustain any actual injuries.

The incident took place in the school’s lunchroom as the substitute watched over a class eating their meals. Reports allege that the boy was not sitting properly in his seat, which prompted the teacher to direct him to sit properly on the bench. When he reportedly wouldn’t, she directed him to sit with her instead. When he refused, she approached him.

The child reportedly told the teacher, “Don’t put your hands on me” and reportedly began to swear at the teacher, telling her that his mom would “beat your a**.” He then reportedly struck her in the chest with his right hand.

When authorities arrived at the school, two of the officers approached the boy — who stands around 42 inches tall — to tell him that they were going to arrest him.”

They charged him with Felon Battery…

First off this is not on the police. They were called in by some Karen of a Teacher that does not belong in the education field. Look at this and tell me it is ok. The teacher’s pride was all that was hurt here. But she could have ruined this boy’s life. Luckily after nine months, this case was thrown out after a prosecutor factored in the child’s age and a mental evaluation. In other words, the case finally was read by someone with a lick of sense, that knew better than to try an 8-year-old for throwing a tantrum.
