Sharpton Mystified Anyone Would Blame The Left For Violence

Many of the more extreme Dems are now trying to distance themselves from their past and just lie about never inciting their base. This is all in light of the Trump Impeachment which is so baseless that actual inciters like Maxine Waters and Al Sharpton are trying to rewrite history to ensure they are not next. Sharpton tried to differentiate between BLM protests and the raid on the Capitol building claiming he has never been called out for violence or been part of an insurrection. That’s kind of the point…

“I have been involved in marches and demonstrations for years, all the way up till now. You have been involved for the last several years, but I don’t think any of us has ever been accused of trying to have an insurrection or have called on violence, even if some violence happened days away from us, where you directly could even try to conjure this up — let alone on members of Congress.”

“Sharpton has not only called for violence, but has justified violence as well. During the 1991 Crown Heights Riots, he’s remembered for saying “If the Jews want to get it on, tell them to pin their yarmulkes back and come over to my house.” Then Sharpton opposed holding violent and destructive thugs accountable: “We must not reprimand our children for outrage, when it is the outrage that was put in them by an oppressive system.”

Then there was Freddy’s Fashion Mart in 1995, a row over a Jewish store owner who had a conflict with a black neighbor. Sharpton said “We will not stand by and allow them to move this brother so that some white interloper can expand his business,”  As Rich Lowry noted, a protester in that case eventually shot his way through the store and burned the place down, killing eight people.”

Sharpton inadvertently hits the nail on the head when he points out that none of the protests he has been involved with were called violent or an insurrection. That’s because the MSM is all for Liberal causes and has clearly been covering for them. They were constantly downplaying the riots from last summer even after buildings were set afire and Molotov cocktails were being thrown. But the MSM consistently pounced on anyone that dared defend themselves with their right to bear arms.
