Say Goodbye To Kellogg’s – Good Idea, But Bad Political Play

Too many companies are declaring their position in the ongoing civil battle being fought in America today. That battle being the fight between immoral “gay rights” and morality.

We’ve seen some companies come out and take a stand against homosexuality such as Chick-fil-A, and we’ve seen companies come out in support of gay rights and gay marriage such as Google and Twitter.

But now another company has boarded the bandwagon and it’s just a shame.

Kellogg’s cereal has created a new product that they’re calling “All Together” cereal. It’s a shame because the product idea is a really good one, but the political agenda flavor that they’ve sprinkled into it leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Not only is their political agenda a stupid one, but they’ve jacked up the price of the cereal astronomically.

According to Reformation Charlotte,

Kellogs Cereal has partnered with an LGBTQ activist group, GLAAD, to create a new cereal including Corn Flakes, Froot Loops, Frosted Flakes, Frosted Mini-Wheats, Raisin Bran and Rice Krispies all in one box to promote homosexual acceptance among children.

Kellogs is hiking the price of the package to almost $20 promising to donate $50,000 to GLAAD.

Kellogs released a statement, saying, “We all belong together. So for the first time in history, our famous mascots and cereals are offered exclusively together in the same box for All Together Cereal. It’s a symbol of acceptance no matter how you look, where you’re from or who you love. We believe that all people deserve an environment where they can be their best selves.”

Who in their right mind is going to pay $20 for a box of gay cereal? No one, that’s who. Now I’m not saying that no one will buy a few boxes, but no one in their right mind will buy them.

  • I quit eating cereal over 30 years ago. Not surprising they caved to the gay agenda. Anyone that pays $20 for a box of mixed up cereal is insane. Just the fact they are throwing different cereals together shows the mental confusion of acceptance or more of a forced acceptance. It isn’t enough that LGBQ provide a support system for their members, they are hell bent in forcing an agenda down everyone’s throat starting with young children who don’t have a clue. The fact these companies are pandering to this insanity is beyond understandable.

    • Only if you are of that peculiar persuasion and are willing to support GLAAD. I wonder if Kellogs doesn’t get but a pittance if they will still continue the cereal and support? If so and I were a stockholder, I would protest loud and clear. If a product doesn’t support itself it deserves to be put into a crypt.

  • I dont like most of tyeir cereals zo I buy other brands and will definitely buy diferent brands in the future. Fruit Loops should be sufficient for the gays.

    • Buy Aldi’s – most of it is better anyway, they haven’t restricted the sugar content like the pandering companies like post and kellogg’s and general mills.

  • Gay cereal is a persons choice to buy but to jack the price to $20 a box is just stupid , its as good as saying if your supporting gays your going to pay a price. Tony the Tiger isn’t saying “There Great” for this dumb ass idea…

  • I used to love Special K. When I heard of Kelloggs leftist direction, I stopped Kellogs altogether. THat was a couple of years ago. Now, as I continue to shop in ShopRite, I use their store brand which sells for $1.89 to $2.00 a box. Great buy, great prices.

  • That is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard of. I’m like the others—I’ll never eat another box of their cereal.

  • So, this ‘All Together’ product includes Serial killers too, right? Rapists, Murder’s, Thieves, etc. Since we aren’t leaving anyone out, seems reasonable.

But I will bet you that one group is going to be left out of this ‘Togetherness’. Conservatives.

  • well so much for kelloggs, all cereals are overpriced anyway, I don’t eat any of them anymore, priced higher than prize beef. Hope they are fond of their own brand, may have to eat a lot of it…

  • I surely will NOT buy it. In fact, I wouldn’t accept it if it was given to me free of charge! How utterly absurd, not mention it being a very sick idea! Has anyone ever wondered why Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed? They went homosexual! Think about that, and look it up if you don’t believe me. It is wrong on EVERY front!

    • Not “homosexual”, they were engaging deviant behaviors, one of which is called sodomy. A person can have abnormal sexual attractions and still not engage in deviant behaviors. Science, real science, shows that chemicals, drugs, and abuse can create abnormal behavior imprints. But one must always chose to engage in the deviant behavior. The use of the correct words are important. The words “homosexual” and “heterosexual” were coined in the 1890s and describe sexual attraction, not behavior.

And I would never waste money on this product. I don’t support deviant and abnormal behaviors.

  • Hell they already had a cereal for gays called “Fruit Loops” which had all the rainbow colors! There are many unwise shoppers who buy name brands of cereal, over the shelf medications, etc. Yet store brands have the exact same ingredients, e.g., Ben Gay vs Walmart Equate, Aleive vs Family Dollar brand, etc.

  • Kellog”s is speaking out against bullying? Don’t they realize the LGBTQ crowd has lots of bullies? Another fact ignored, because it doesn’t fit into their “social justice’s agenda.

Generic brand cereals are just as good; cost !ess, too.

  • I quit eating Kellogg’s a long time ago. Every time they do anything outside of their products, They prove to me that they do not want my patronage. This is just one more reason they remain on my blackballed list.

  • THE W. K KELLOGG FOUNDATION SUPPORTS PLANNED PARENTHOOD. WHY NOT KILL OFF YOUR CLIENTELE? WHY EXPECT ANYTHING LESS TO SUPPORT THE NON-BREEDERS?

  • The Williams Institute at the UCLA School of Law, just came out with the statistic that only 3.8% of the US population are gay, lesbian or trans! So why are these stupid corporations bending over backwards (or forwards in some eyes) to appease that small a segment of their consumer base. It boggles the mind, don’t they do consumer research? Why not donate money to curing; autism, or ALS, or Cancer, or something worthwhile which will make people think you are magnanimous and really care about something other than your corporate bottom (line)
