Grandparents typically spoil their grandkids whether it be with love or gifts it doesn’t matter as most hold a special place in their hearts for them. But a six-year-old boy out of Texas has had a very different experience with his grandma. School let out in March because of the Corona Virus and many have taken to online schooling if available. But a Texas boy instead found himself tied up and locked in a shed.
“Authorities arrested his grandmother, 53-year-old Esmerelda Lira and her 66-year-old boyfriend, Jose Balderas, and charged the pair with felony charges of endangering a child and for placing him in imminent danger.
The child reportedly told police that he’d been confined to the shed since he “got out of school for this corona thing.” He also said that Lira would tie him up, lock him in the shed, and tell him he was “bad” anytime she had to leave the house. Lira would also wash the child outside of the property by “spraying him with water.”

“The child told police he was always left in the backyard and not allowed to come inside the house. He would be locked up during the night and let out in the morning and given a plastic bag for if he needed to go to the bathroom.
He also said rats and insects were in the shed with him and that his grandmother would kick him and grab him by the ears.”
“Bond for Lira is set at $100,000 and Balderas’ bond is also $100,000.
They both facing felony charges of endangering a child for placing him in imminent danger.”
There were two other kids in the house that were also taken away for their safety. It’s a six-year-old kid. These are just nasty people, even the boyfriend saying he felt it was wrong… then do something. Geez, kids act up, you discipline them and move on. You don’t lock them up in a shed and tie them up so they are stuck there. Where is that Corona Virus when you need it?
Niggardly conduct comes in ALL skin colors and cultures.. Both adults are hispanic. Question: are they here as illegal aliens?
