Leaked Docs Reveal It’s All Over But The Shouting For Illegal Immigrants At The Southern Border…

In a shocking policy shift, border patrol agents have been instructed to release illegal immigrants without court dates, leaving many to question the long-term repercussions on national security

As the United States braces for an anticipated surge of illegal immigrants crossing the southern border, Border Patrol agents have received shocking new instructions: release these migrants into the country without a notice to appear in court, according to exclusive documents obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation. This stunning decision comes in anticipation of the end of Title 42, a Trump-era expulsion policy, on May 11.

In a directive sent by Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz, senior officials in the agency are asked to implement a mass parole for illegal migrants, releasing them “with conditions.” However, this means that these individuals will be responsible for scheduling their own court dates with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) or requesting service of a Notice to Appear (NTA).

This policy change raises serious concerns, as it is revealed that the paroled illegal migrants will not be fitted with any tracking technology, leaving authorities with no means of supervising them after their release, as reported by NBC News.

While Border Patrol agents will screen those paroled into the country for criminal and immigration history, evaluations will be conducted on a case-by-case basis. The instructions outline situations where border sectors should use parole with conditions, including when holding capacity exceeds 125%, when agents apprehend over 7,000 migrants per day for more than 72 hours, or when migrants are held in custody for an average of over 60 hours.

Despite the seemingly inevitable influx of illegal immigrants, releasing them into the country without proper oversight poses a grave risk to national security. A Department of Homeland Security official, who requested anonymity due to not being authorized to speak publicly, expressed their concerns to the DCNF. The official stated that with over 4,000 people in custody, proper vetting is impossible and parole becomes the only option.

In the last week alone, border agents have reported an average of 8,750 encounters per day, a staggering figure that is double the average daily encounters during the height of the May 2019 surge. The instructions describe this new policy as a necessary measure for “urgent humanitarian reasons or a significant public benefit.” However, it raises the question: at what cost to our national security and the rule of law?

While the Biden administration and its Democratic allies continue to downplay the crisis at our southern border, this shocking new directive exposes their negligence and lack of foresight. As illegal migrants pour into the country with no legal consequences, Americans are left to grapple with the ramifications of a weakened border and the potential threats that come with it.
