Epstein’s Buddy Prince Andrew Settles Case, Guess Who’s Paying Out

Jeffery Epstein may not have lived long enough to implicate the biggest abusers, but the highest-profile case on the books just settled. England’s Prince Andrew just settled the case just before he was set to face his accuser. His mommy, Queen Elizabeth, will be stuck paying a huge chunk for her son’s alleged obsession with children.
Virginia Giuffre brought the case last August under the Child Victims Act, a state law enacted in New York in 2019 which temporarily extended the statute of limitations in child sex abuse cases, giving survivors more time to seek justice.

A Report from The Telegraph has suggested that Guiffre will receive more than £12 mllion and that the Queen will provide some of the money from her private Duchy of Lancaster estate, which recently increased its worth by £1.5 million to more than £23 million. The Queen is thought to have already paid millions of pounds to help Andrew fight the case.

Andrew reportedly faced pressure from senior royals to resolve the lawsuit ahead of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, which will be celebrated in June. Negotiations over the settlement are believed to have lasted for at least 10 days, and Buckingham Palace is said to have been relieved to learn the case will not go to trial.

However, it seems the settlement is not enough to earn Andrew an appearance at the Jubilee. The prince had his remaining military titles and patronages removed earlier this year and agreed to no longer use his HRH title.

she had sex with Andrew on three occasions, including a trip to London in 2001 when she was 17, and later in New York and on Little Saint James, U.S. Virgin Islands. She alleged Epstein paid her $15,000 to have sex with the Duke in London.
Flight logs show the Duke and Giuffre were in the places she alleges the sex happened. Andrew and Giuffre were also photographed together with his arm round her waist, and an Epstein associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, standing in the background, though the Duke’s supporters have repeatedly claimed the photo is fake and edited. Giuffre stated that she was pressured to have sex with Andrew and “wouldn’t have dared object” as Epstein, through contacts, could have her “killed or abducted”.
