CNN is always manipulating the facts and it appears that they were no different in their coverage of Warren and Sanders, over the rumor that Sanders claimed a woman can’t beat Trump. They were clearly trying to stir the pot and even Liberals noticed that it was intentional. Liberal Pundit Samantha Bee called out CNN for their B.S.
The truly telling part that CNN was trying to worsen the conflict, happened when CNN moderator Abby Phillips asked Sanders if the rumor was true and then disregarded his answer, asking Warren how she felt about it as if the rumor were true.
CNN trying to stir the pot:
“So, Senator Sanders, I do want to be clear here, you’re saying that you never told Senator Warren that a woman could not win the election?” Phillips asked the Vermont senator.
“That is correct,” Sanders replied.
Phillips then proceeded to ask Warren how she felt during her conversation with Bernie as if the story were clearly true.
“Senator Warren, what did you think when Senator Sanders told you a woman could not win the election?” asked Phillip, tacitly painting Sanders as a liar.
“I disagreed,” Warren replied. “Bernie is my friend, and I am not here to try to fight with Bernie. But, look, this question about whether or not a woman can be president has been raised, and it’s time for us to attack it head-on.”
Samantha Bee also pointed this out and went a step further showing clips of how CNN’s Hosts were also blowing their interactions out of proportion.
“But don’t worry, the talking heads are being super civilized about it and not milking it at all,” she added, cutting to a montage of CNN doing just that.
“Jesus Christ! The only way they could be trying harder to get them to fight is if they personally oiled up these senior citizens and threw them into the Octagon,” Bee said.
Bee also commented on how the MSM made a big deal about Warren refusing to shake Sanders’s hand. If you watch the clip it doesn’t look intentional.
“That’s it? That’s what’s dominated our national discourse for 36 hours?” she asked. “Two great candidates who are a little sad and disappointed in each other over a misunderstanding?” Bee didn’t even fault Sanders for possibly suggesting that a female candidate couldn’t beat Trump. “I myself might have shouted it into a bottle of wine or 10,” she joked.

This is how you can tell CNN is going too far, even liberals are calling them out for manipulating the facts. Just who are they catering to at this point if Liberals are questioning their reporting? But this whole manipulation could be CNN’s way of trying to demonize Sanders as it seems Obama and many establishment Dems don’t want Bernie Sanders to win the primary. Just watching that one clip makes me question why anyone would back Biden, he doesn’t appear to be all there. And Dems want him to be their president? Biden better pick out a good running mate if he makes it through the primaries, as it looks like someone else is going to need to take the helm if he were to somehow win.
