Biden’s Blunder Brings Us One Step Closer To Conflict With China

It looks like Biden went off script again and forgot the game plan. During a recent Townhall on CNN, Biden was asked about our military and Taiwan. Biden was passionate in his answer which definitely was news to China.

“China just tested a hypersonic missile. What will you do to keep up with them militarily and can you vow to protect Taiwan?”

“Yes, and yes,” the President answered. We are,” he paused, “militarily, China, Russia, and the rest of the world, we have the most powerful military in the history of the world. Don’t worry that they’re going to be more powerful. But what you do have to worry about is whether or not they’re going to engage in activities that will put them in a position where they may make a serious mistake.

“And so I have had, I have spoken and spent more time with Xi Jinping than any other leader has. That’s why you have, ya know, you hear people saying, Biden wants to start a new cold war with China.

“I don’t want a cold war with China, I just want China to understand that we are not going to step back, we are not going to change any of our views—”

Cooper interrupted. “So you’re saying that the United States would come to Taiwan’s defense if China attacked.”

“Yes,” Biden affirmed. “Yes, we have a commitment to do that,” he said.

Watch The Clip Below.

As is known to all, the US has long held “strategic ambiguity” when it comes to the Taiwan question – not to make statements over whether to “defend” Taiwan island if the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) makes military moves to reach reunification across the Straits.”

After Biden’s interview with CNN on Thursday, a White House official clarified again the president’s comments on the Taiwan question, saying there is no change in the US’ Taiwan policy, stressing “the US defense relationship with Taiwan is guided by the Taiwan Relations Act.”

But if we were to act and defend Taiwan, the Chinese Media source claims:

“The PLA has an overwhelming advantage over the military on Taiwan island, with full capacity to cause unbearable results to US troops if they dare “defend” the island, and even to wipe them out. Only by sticking to the strategic ambiguity can the US maintain its position now, avoiding the scenario of either retreating or being involved in a war.”

China is a lot of bark, they don’t want war with us either. They would have already attacked Taiwan if they thought they could easily “wipe” us out. But this time this is our fault for poking the bear.

Biden just went on record saying we would defend Taiwan if China attacked, and his Admin tried to backpedal as they are not trying to take a hard stance right now. So who is really in charge here? This is just another clear sign that Biden is not fit to be president. But Dems have known this from the start, and still chose a mentally impaired old man to lead this country, or at least play the part.
