A Sperm Donor Who Fathered Over A Dozen Kids Just Made An Absolutely Startling Confession….

In a shocking turn of events, a sperm donor’s deceitful actions have left multiple families grappling with the unforeseen consequences of an undisclosed genetic condition.

When a sperm donor willingly provided his semen to lesbian couples looking to have children, he failed to disclose a critical piece of information: he carried an inheritable condition. Now, fifteen children have been conceived with his sperm, and 37-year-old James MacDougall finds himself in court for his actions.

MacDougall found recipients for his sperm via social media but neglected to mention his Fragile X syndrome. The inheritable condition often results in reduced intelligence and developmental delays, and there is no cure. This omission has left the women who accepted his donation facing significant challenges.

During a legal battle for access to four of the children he fathered, MacDougall’s condition came to light. Initially, he had agreed to no contact with his offspring. Despite this, he later sought visitation rights for some of the children.

In Derby, UK, Judge Justice Lieven ruled in favor of the mothers, determining that MacDougall should not have parental rights over the children, as it would be harmful to them. The judge also ordered that he be prohibited from donating sperm in the future.

The children fathered by MacDougall range from a few months to three years old. He advertised his sperm donation services on social media for lesbian women desiring to have children. Although he was paid for his services, the mothers are now suing him in court.

It is the mothers who should decide whether MacDougall is involved in their children’s lives. Putting the children at the center of this legal dispute is unfair, as they never asked to be born into this situation.

The judge’s decision to deny MacDougall parental rights is appropriate, and this case could set a precedent for future cases involving sperm donors and their rights.

MacDougall is not alone in deceiving others about his genetic background while fathering children. In 2016, a man known as “Robert” was found to have fathered at least 17 children by posing as a sperm donor for years. He used his own sperm to inseminate women without their knowledge or consent. After being caught and arrested, Robert is now serving a prison sentence for his crimes.
