Everyone has gone back and forth on who Biden should pick for the next SCOTUS seat but it looks like he’s taken a hard turn away from suggestions and picked a liberal who just so happens to be a huge donor, DailySignal reported:
D.C. Circuit Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, President Joe Biden’s nominee for the Supreme Court, was among the names on a shortlist from Demand Justice, a liberal legal organization seeded with funding by mega-donor group Arabella Advisors.
Demand Justice pushed Biden to choose someone from its Supreme Court list during the 2020 campaign. It heralded Jackson as a jurist who has “stood up for the rule of law, holding the Trump administration accountable for its rule-breaking.”
And it credited Jackson for writing that “presidents are not kings” and that “no one is above the law.”
“With the intended nomination of Ketanji Brown Jackson, Joe Biden has made it clear that his top priority is paying back the left-wing dark money network that spent over one billion dollars to help elect him and Senate Democrats,” Carrie Severino, president of the Judicial Crisis Network, a conservative legal group, tweeted.

Biden was urged to nominate Judge Michelle Childs who carried more bipartisan support but Childs didn’t isn’t a big Biden donor. Smear campaigns saught to destroy Childs as soon as Democrat Manchin publicly urged Biden to consider the South Carolina judge.
Even the spineless wimp, Lindsey Graham spoke out against Biden’s leftest-racial pandering:
“If media reports are accurate, and Judge Jackson has been chosen as the Supreme Court nominee to replace Justice Breyer, it means the radical Left has won President Biden over yet again,” Graham tweeted Friday. “The attacks by the Left on Judge Childs from South Carolina apparently worked.”

Biden announced his nomination of Brown on Twitter writing, “I sought a nominee with the strongest credentials, record, character, and dedication to the rule of law. That’s why I’m excited to nominate Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to serve on the United States Supreme Court.”
His post included a video portraying Brown as a bipartisan pick:

I guess we should all be proud of the feeble Democrat—It’s the first promise he’s managed to keep. Biden announced early on that he would pick the next Supreme Court Justice by race and gender rather than credentials and he’s done just that. Politicians should have read the fine print that obviously read “and biggest qualified donor”.
