The Biden Administration was just calling for States to start rehiring police. He suggested they use Covid Relief funds to get the extra boots on the ground. Dems were of course up in arms as they have been pandering to BLM for the past year and a half. But they didn’t realize Biden’s plan was to disarm lawful Americans. He has now admitted to as much. During a recent Presidential Town Hall, Biden admitted that he wanted to ban handguns and rifles. But that’s not all he also claimed people who have guns with large-capacity clips are getting them illegally when that is actually dependent on the state you live in. So he is villanizing lawful gun owners.
“Actually crime is down. Gun violence and murder rates are up. Guns. I’m the only guy that ever got passed legislation when I was a senator to make sure we eliminated assault weapons. The idea you need a weapon that can have the ability to fire 20, 30, 40, 50, 120 shots on that weapon, whether it’s a nine-millimeter pistol or whether it’s a rifle, is ridiculous. I’m continuing to push to eliminate the sale of those things. But I’m not likely to get that done in the near term.”
“So here is what I have done. The people who in fact are using those weapons are acquiring them illegally, illegally. So what happens is I have got ATF, Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearm, I have them increase their budget and increase their capacity as long as the Justice Department to go after the gun shops that are not abiding by the law and doing background checks.”

See this is why you have to question when Biden, who has been pushing progressive legislation non-stop, suddenly wants to do a good thing like hire more police. This is a direct attack on our second amendment rights. Handguns and rifles can be used in self-defense. Rifles are also used for hunting. Large-capacity magazines can be bought legally, so to claim everyone who buys them is a criminal is a blatant lie and it’s leftist gun-grabbing propaganda.
