Biden Reveals Plan To Begin Disarming America

Americans everywhere are about to be hitting the polls and voting for who they want as president. There is the incumbent, Trump, who has spent the last four years trying to better America, and then there is Joe Biden the former V.P. of Obama, who doesn’t seem to be all there upstairs. There are of course other candidates but they will never get enough votes to actually win. So Biden wanted to remind those voters on the fence about his “winning” plan that involves banning assault weapons and large-capacity magazines.

Biden tweeted about it.

“It’s long past time we take action to end the scourge of gun violence in America. As president, I’ll ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines, implement universal background checks, and enact other common-sense reforms to end our gun violence epidemic.”

His website also lists multiple ways in which he plans to restrict guns.

• Regulate possession of existing assault weapons under the National Firearms Act. Currently, the National Firearms Act requires individuals possessing machine-guns, silencers, and short-barreled rifles to undergo a background check and register those weapons with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF). Due to these requirements, such weapons are rarely used in crimes. As president, Biden will pursue legislation to regulate possession of existing assault weapons under the National Firearms Act.
• Buyback the assault weapons and high-capacity magazines already in our communities. Biden will also institute a program to buy back weapons of war currently on our streets. This will give individuals who now possess assault weapons or high-capacity magazines two options: sell the weapons to the government, or register them under the National Firearms Act.
• Reduce stockpiling of weapons. In order to reduce the stockpiling of firearms, Biden supports legislation restricting the number of firearms an individual may purchase per month to one.
• End the online sale of firearms and ammunitions. Biden will enact legislation to prohibit all online sales of firearms, ammunition, kits, and gun parts.

But on the bright side, he does seem to be going senile, so if Dems find a way to get Biden into office maybe he will forget to implement these gun restrictions.
